Walking the Path
Who writes this book
Bodhi is the name I sign this book with.
I'm 55 and Spanish. None of this makes me a Buddhist teacher, nor do I claim to be one: I have no monastic training and no authority to pass on. What I have is a personal path, walked over many years, in which Buddhism has gradually woven itself into my life without replacing my Catholic faith, but living alongside it.
The person who has truly sustained this path is my therapist, María del Puy López Quintana. I have chosen to stay behind a pseudonym, but she doesn't need to: it is her name, her profession, and her calling that made much of what I tell in these pages possible. You can learn about her work on her website or write to her directly on WhatsApp.
